the flower ·

Broken heart ·
a love, shattered ·
emptiness

Fears ·
that buried ·
fine character

And I can hug you ·
firmly, frankly, cheerfully ·
I’ve loved and missed you so

In any case ·
it was rather sweet ·
what you thought of love

When courage called truth ·
and the dust of rationality settled ·
each story found its end

An attraction ·
belonging, sheer lust that ·
he felt just with her

I once loved a girl ·
