the final lie

Cold shoulder ·
kissed by afternoon sun ·
you tempt me

Lake of wounded hearts ·
pristine the surface ·
darkness silently screaming

Tears gushing ·
eyes sparkling in moon light ·
goodbye

“And love” ·
